The Church of the Birth of Christ

The Church of the Birth of Christ, the architecture of which was influnced by the western world, is known for its particular shape and it used to be the largest church of the old Alonissos. Inside it is decorated by icones from the mid-17th century, i. e. the same time when the church was built. Unfortunately the earthquake left cracks on the building no one has repaired till now.
