Kalami
The long beach is covered with white pebbles and small stones up to the seabed. The water there is crystal clear, and so, it can boast the EU Blue Flag for top quality. Therefore it is also perfect for swimming and snorkelling; but you can rent a (paddle) boat there, too. The local condition are also suitable for fishing. Obviously you will find there umbrellas with deckchairs and showers. Along the beach, there are several tavernas and bars to sit down and refresh yourself.

The Kalami Bay that became famous for the Enligh swriter Lawrence Durrell, can be found on the north-east coast of Corfu about 30 km from the capital. It offers rest and relaxation in beautiful nature formed by sky-blue sea on one side and green hills on the other side.
