To get to Kalirachi, you need to turn off the main road in Skala Kalirachi on the west of the island. The path leads through olive groves passing into a hillside. The village has a pastoral tradition. Before it used to stand in a different place, bearing the name of Kaki Rachy. It was ´transferred´ to its current location after piracy was eradicated on the island.
